Coach Horsley played basketball for Edgewood Regional High School and in the Pitman Recreation League. Steve has coached the Waterford Travel team and in the Waterford Recreation League.  Coach Horsley is an experienced teacher and instructor who has  coached youth basketball from ages 9 to 17.  He has been a South Jersey Jazz Assistant Coach and Head Coach for four (4) years.  His teams have been extremely competitive and won numerous tournament championships.  Coach Horsley looks forward to the 2008 season and working with a young group of players.

Steve is a graduate of Morgan State University and is currently employed as a commercial service consultant.
